La Rosa Holdings to Accept Bitcoin and Crypto Payments

1 Mins read

La Rosa Holdings announces it will accept Bitcoin and crypto for real estate payments, offering agents flexibility and innovation.

La Rosa Holdings, a company that owns a network of over 3,000 real estate agents in the U.S., has announced that it will start accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment. With this decision, blockchain technology is stepping on the path of real estate integration. The response is the result of the growing demand from agents and clients for more flexible payment options.

La Rosa CTO, Alex Santos explained the natural step to accepting cryptocurrency payments is part of the company’s commitment to innovation. He also thinks that blockchain technology can allow transactions to be more efficient and have flexibility for agents and clients. This is an effort to modernize real estate business and quicken and simplify how they do business, says Santos.

Crypto Payments Revolutionizing Real Estate Transactions, Says La Rosa CEO

The CEO of the company, Joe La Rosa, expressed his excitement about the latest payment option as well. Because cryptocurrency enables faster, more secure transactions, he said that agents will benefit from being paid in cryptocurrency for their commissions. Cryptocurrency payments also come with lower fees than traditional payment methods. Additionally, if the value of the cryptocurrency increases over time, agents may also see their earnings grow.

Agents who decide to take payment in cryptocurrency will be charged a 2% fee from La Rosa Holdings. The company believes it will become a new revenue stream that will give the agents more flexibility. Carrying this purpose, the company’s mission is to modernize real estate transactions and give agents more options.

On the other hand, it is part of a wider trend to adopt crypto payments. Stratos Jets also announced that they will accept crypto payments. However, unlike traditional airlines, Stratos Jets decided to partner up with crypto payment service BitPay in order to give clients the option of paying for a private jet charter with crypto.

Ultimately, this suggests that cryptocurrency is being used more often in different industries. This move makes it easier for people to use cryptocurrencies for the transactions they want to conduct.
