Let’s take a closer look at the details. Reshaping the boundaries of jewellery, this collection adopts a bespoke and made-to-order approach. Therefore, this curbs excess carbon emissions and waste. To start the journey, customers acquire the NFT or authenticity certificate of their chosen piece. Then, KAVERAS ingeniously combines blockchain and luxury, substantiating authenticity through the gemstones and materials’ traceability via the NFT.

There are two pendant choices:

Pendant One: Enamel-adorned with the emblematic white, pink, and red colors of the Ladies of BAYC logo. Crafted in 18K yellow gold, with the option of 18K rose or white gold.

Pendant Two: A heart egg shape that ingeniously unfolds to reveal the concealed Ladies of BAYC logo.

Additionally, an NFC chip grants owners access to exclusive utility features upon scanning. Furthermore, each piece offers augmented reality (AR) filters for virtual wear. So, owners can show their pendant on platforms like TikTok, Snapchat, and Zoom calls.

The Significance of the Collection

The Ladies of BAYC co-founder, known by the Twitter/X pseudonym @Tigerisfine, expressed, “As the feminine counterpart of Bored Ape Yacht Club, our community is diverse, strong, and unapologetically themselves. Our collaboration with KAVERAS resonates with our values—capturing sophistication, audacity, and self-expression. KAVERAS’ commitment to crafting luxury pieces embodying femininity makes them the perfect partner for this remarkable venture.”

Rooted in the concept of beginnings and energy, this collection extends from KAVERAS’ Triad Collection. Moreover, a percentage of the collection’s proceeds will be donated to ‘Girls Who Code,’ an international nonprofit organization empowering women in computer science.

The Ladies of BAYC Collection offers diverse price points, starting at $2500 USD for enamel-only designs. Additional options include stones like emeralds, black diamonds, and pink sapphires, ranging from $2500 to $50,000 USD. The debut also features pre-minting exclusively for Ladies of BAYC and BAYC Members on September 5th, 2023. This is then followed by a Public Minting on September 7th, 2023.
