Details of the Partnership

Gunzilla Games collaborated with NVIDIA to bring Off The Grid to the GeForce NOW cloud gaming service, allowing the game to be streamed directly from NVIDIA’s servers whilst enabling smooth performance on low-spec or non-traditional gaming devices.

The game is available through the Epic Games Store, and players can stream it on devices including Android phones, iPhones, iPads, TVs, and both Windows and macOS computers. By eliminating the need for local downloads or high-end hardware, the partnership lowers the entry requirements for playing a graphically intensive game like Off The Grid.

“NVIDIA GeForce NOW enables a cloud-powered gaming experience that complements OTG’s next-gen design,” said David Nicholson, Executive Producer at Gunzilla. “Now, players can enjoy all the immersive features and competitive intensity of OTG across virtually any device with ease. We’re thrilled to work with NVIDIA to bring this level of accessibility to our fans.”

Why is this significant?

By allowing players to enjoy AAA-level games without requiring advanced hardware, services like GeForce NOW are making high-quality gaming more inclusive. This collaboration also highlights the potential for cloud gaming to expand the reach of blockchain-based games like Off The Grid. Players using older PCs, mobile devices, or other non-gaming platforms can now access a title that might otherwise be unavailable to them.

For Gunzilla Games, the move aligns with their vision to reach a diverse, global audience by removing technical barriers and NVIDIA’s cloud infrastructure supports this goal by providing the necessary tools to deliver the game at high standards across various devices.
